Her leadership extends beyond audit to operational optimisation, human resource development, strategic planning, policy formulation, organisational governance, and sustainability reporting. As an Accredited Director with the Singapore Institute of Directors (MSID-AD), she serves as a trusted advisor to boards and senior executives on governance, compliance, and financial improvement. She also advises global clients on expansion strategies, leveraging her extensive experience with international clients.

Yvonne is a Public Accountant with more than 30 years of audit and assurance experience, having worked extensively across both Big 4 and Mid-Tier firms. She is a qualified hot reviewer and peer reviewer under the Practice Monitoring Programme (PMP), approved by Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), and supports public accountants in performing Engagement Quality Control Reviews (EQCR), reflecting her dedication to audit quality and compliance.

Leveraging her extensive experience, Yvonne provides advisory services that help organisations strengthen governance, enhance operations, and achieve sustainable growth. She serves as an independent advisor to the firm on its global expansion plans.

Winnie is a Public Accountant with more than 20 years of audit and assurance experience, including seven years in a Mid-Tier audit firm that established a strong foundation for her career.

As the firm’s Audit Methodology and Training Leader, Winnie drives audit quality and professional development. She oversees the firm’s audit methodology to maintain compliance with professional standards, leads training programmes to strengthen technical capabilities, and provides technical guidance as a concurring partner. She also performs EQCR reviews for other public accountants to safeguard quality. Winnie is also dedicated to supporting clients from Japan, Malaysia, China, and other global markets in expanding their businesses in Singapore.

Christina is a Public Accountant with nearly two decades of audit and assurance experience, including seven years across both Big 4 and Mid-Tier firms that established a strong foundation for her career.

As the firm’s Ethics and Outsourcing Leader, she plays a key role in safeguarding ethical standards while supporting clients through outsourcing solutions and specialised engagements. Her expertise includes KYC and due diligence, grant audits, administrative and resource support, and other special purpose audits alongside statutory audit engagements. With her strong dedication and leadership, Christina helps clients strengthen compliance and operational resilience, and supports businesses from Europe, Malaysia, China and other global markets in expanding their presence in Singapore.
